All 8 crore Bangladeshi whether hindu or Muslim or buddhist should be sent back to Bangladesh.

Don't jail them. Just deport them to Bangladesh if they are Bangladeshis but on humanitarian ground India should treat with compassion with poor Bangladeshis because they went to India for livelihood. Mumbai brothels, Kolkata brothels are filled with Bangladeshi prostitutes
Deport them also to Bangladesh but jail the Indians who use Bangladeshi women for their enjoyment.
