Why Do Global Firms Prefer INDIAN CEOs ? Pakistani Reactions

Major reasons are many multinationals were allowed in india after 1991 so many indians just transfer abroad and make their way from there.

Another reason is indian govt support for educational and economic stability irrespective of different govts.

Third reason is indian local investors who moved their focus to IT from other sectors such as real estate, textile, finance etc.

All this has created an IT culture and these indians are well versed in that hence get hired.

.
Do you mean Indian born CEOs who left India to pursue better future because Infia had nothing to offer them ?
Per capita Pakistanis have left Pakistan at least 3 times more than Indians. In fact your government has even set up a ministry just to export Pakistanis.
Even the Chinese have left China per capita many times more than Indians.
India is certainly behind China but the new mega companies are slowly emerging from India. Reliance, Tata, Mahindra, HCL , Wipro, Bajaj, Vedanta, Hindalco, JSW, Adani, GAIL etc etc etc.
They have not yet made into the mega category but are the nascent seeds of the companies to come.
I would much prefer India to have 100,000 small to medium companies rather than mega conglomerates.
Its these small to medium companies that can create a dynamic and competitive environment

They moved into IT because the Babus in govt did not understand the first things about IT, it was a concept they could not fathom. So they left it alone.
They could understand real estate, land, steel, factories etc . They just did not know how to lay the dead hand of govt onto something intangible as IT.

They are testaments to the achievement in America of the Western civilization which America leads. Analogously, Mughal and Delhi Sultanate empires were achievements of the Indian or the Hindustani civilization.
Wrong. Mughal and Delhi Sultanates were the achievements of Islamic civilization.

Islam is religion not a civilization. It includes many civilizations such as Arabs, Turks, Persians, and Indians. Notice how Arabs want nothing to do with the other three. You can say Delhi and Mughal sultanates were Hindustani Muslim empires yet ultimately they were Hindustani in character, language and culture.

Nice try Indiot.

Then why do people say "Islamic civilization." You can even read books done my experts like Samuel P. Huntington.

LOL!

Mughals were not Hindustani! LOL!

They were Muslims and had their origins from Uzbeks! LOL!

Stop trying to steal other people's cultures!

Pakistan has a better claim on Mughals than India! LOL!
Britannica does not use the word "Indian."
It uses the word "South Asian."

Stop trying to use the "political" word "India" to mean a geographic term. LOL.

Did you actually think you would not get caught. Think again!

I have read so much bill shit about Indian CEOs but yet anyone with an ounce of knowledge of American corporate structure would know why. How did a moron like Trimp became the president of America ???

is he the most intelligent and gifted human being to lead the world’s best country ?
No absolutely know.

In America it all comes down to yes sir and who can kiss *** better .
Indians make outrageous valima but here is some authentic research on the Fortune 500 CEOs in America :

“White men may have lost power, but they continue to be the dominant group in the corporate elite — they held 96.4% of the Fortune 500 CEO positions in 2000, and they held 85.8% in 2020. Moreover, since most of the seats lost by white men were lost to white women, and white women make up 6.8% of those who are now CEOs, whites still make up 92.6% of the Fortune 500 CEOs. Only 1% of the Fortune 500 CEOs are African-Americans, 2.4% are East Asians or South Asians, and 3.4% are Latinx.”

American companies are not democracies, nor are they a beauty pageants.
CEO are chosen to lead companies into a profitable future by a board that is elected by shareholders. You will have DEMOSTRATED exceptional abilities and talent over many many years.
Fail and you are out of the door quicker than you can say share options.
They do not end up earning hundreds of millions in pay and options by being yes men.
They do not earn mega bucks by being supine, wilting wall flowers .
If that is all a company needs then why pay them when you can hire a yes man walking down any street in the country, and you would not even have to pay them much.

The idiot is you. Mughal Empire is part of Indian history, not Uzbek history. Same for Delhi Sultanate. Likewise, Indian origin CEO and workers of American corporations do not make them Indian companies.

Net migration rate of China is 10 times that of India and more than 4 times even Afghanistan

Net migration rate

If Zhang Gaoli is the best of China, then above migration rates of China do make sense
net immigration?
Why don't you mention the immigration rate?
Of course, China's net immigration rate will be very high. Because China hardly accepts immigrants, China only allows immigrants to other countries.
India, on the other hand, accepts millions of immigrants every year. Of course, the net immigration rate will be very low.

I agree with you
Due to assimilation they became Hindustani Muslim empires- only babar was Uzbek or maybe his second child

Thier are records of Akbar cursing in Punjabi for crying out loud, his capital was in Lahore cammunicate with his public in Punjabi and Urdu/Hindi
he didn't spoke Persian in day to day life, his wife was Rajput and the whole Mughal bloodline was basically made up of political marriages in India
They didn't look Uzbek just light skinned south Asians
We don't call light skinned people foreign do we?

Only thing foreign about them was using Centeral Asian Persian as court language
But modern India, Pak, Bangal, Sri Lanka still use English as state languages

But that doesnt make them English?

So yes they had centeral Asian origins but so do many many countries/empires throughout history

For example Anglo-Saxons are part of English history eventhough they had foreign origins
Because they settled in England not Thier native lands
