I m sorry for hurting ur feeling, that was not my intention ( i shld had choosen my words carefully....) ...
All i wanted to say was its of no use having a self created Enemy right at your doorstep ...which by the way many of our other Rivals are waiting for so they can use it their Advantage .....suppose Ok we declare Sri lanka as hostile state..then what You want chinese navy and pakistan navy or for say US navy anchored at colombo....(which i m sure they would enjoy) .....

Right now we need them ..... but that doesn't mean they are forgiven .....

There are many ways of taking revenge ..... i repeat "Revenge is a dish best served Cold " wait for right time..

PS:- I m not a tamil... that doesn't mean i don't feel pain of my fellow tamil brothers...but we r indian first

No worries mate. As Rajaraja mentioned down below, we want justice not revenge. But a point to ponder - While India takes a comparitively hawkish view wrt Akshai Chin, I suggest you look up how callously our politicians granted Katchatheevu to Sri Lanka(without the approval of two houses of parliament which is the legal way) which is causing death among Indian fishermen.

Let us leave it at that.

It is the U.S constitution's 5th amendment.

From Wiki -

"The Fifth Amendment protects witnesses from being forced to incriminate themselves. To "plead the Fifth" is to refuse to answer a question because the response could provide self-incriminating evidence of an illegal act punishable by fines, penalties or forfeiture.[34]"


I do not think there is equivalent one in Indian constitution.
