If you google Arunachal Pradesh people, they look more like Chinese, Tibetan than they do Indian. Hell, even Indian discriminate against them because they look more like Chinese.

Many people from the north east in India are of oriental stock, this does not mean they have loyalties to, or would like to be absorbed into China. Indians from the north west generally look different from those from the south and east. Nepalese, Bhutanese, some Myanmarese, all may pass for a Chinese too.

Russians and Ukranians, large sections of Indians and Pakistanis are virtually indistinguishable from the other.
