Why C.J. is silent over Terrorism??

C.J. Chaudary Ifthikar has got popularity after his successful resolving movement through out country.He has made many supreme court actions in favor of well being of nation.
1. Curb Steel mill privatisation
2. Releasing of Missing persons
3. Sugar price control
4. Petrol prices control
and much much more ,i don't want to go in details of these actions failure or success.

Question is here "What do CJ. do against Terrorism, which is the top most problem of our country??"

He had released hundreds of Terrorist which had arrested during lal masjid operation.These terrorist are involved in dozens of suicide attacks result thousand of causality.

Moreover Courts are also responsible for not Hanging any arrested SINGLE TERRORIST . Court is still releasing these terrorist which are continuing their job.

This is very amazing that CJ is recently issuing a court notice to give the fundamental rights of Khwaja Sarras(hijras) but CJ. is blind over killing of thousand of common people and security forces.

IS THIS PERSON IS HERO ??????

I think CORRUPT COURTS and CJ. is also responsible for spreading of terrorism

I dont think you deserve Pakistani citizenship? CJ Ch. Iftikhar is internationally recognised figure for fair justice , all Pakistanis have great respect for him , better you join Musharaf enlighten team .

Really, what is going on ? you hypocrite people will blame someone for not doing something in the first place and when something is done you will find a way to criticize it.

Do you even have a clue how court proceedings take place ?

Larger bench of 17 judges is hearing the case.
Attorney generals of the four provinces, Chief Secretaries, NAB officials and various other govt officials have been summoned to provide relevant data.Leave aside the four provinces only the Chief secretary sindh has submitted a 180 page list of people who have benefited from NRO
Now the lawyers of all these people from all over Pakistan put forward their arguments etc etc

Today is probably the fourth day since the proceedings have started.
Courts proceedings in real life are alot different from the ones you see in Indian movies.

Next time you post your comments I will expect them to be a little more mature.

Brother first of all there are 17 judges in the Supreme Court, so the CJ does not hear every case and hence is not involved in the judgment of every case.
A judge can not pass a judgment without appropriate evidence and on the wishes of people.
I would really like you to provide the link or atleast name the terrorist who was released by the CJ.
Now coming to the last part of your concerns no court takes 'somo tomo' notice and i hope they never do it's 'Suo Moto' notice.

CJ has no concern with terrorism. He is a Cheif Justise NOT an Interior Minister. He is doing his duty. Kindly change the topic to "Why I.M. is silent over Terrorism". CJ will listen only when one complain against I.M. that he is not doing his job properly and is a failure.

People can definitely die with suicide bombing but not without sugar.
terrorist ruin the life of 160 mil people but CJ. is more worry about .01% of population of khwaja sarras(hijraas).
CJ. has not passed any court rule to hang the arrested terrorist who are daringly admitting their acts and even intent to to continue in future.
This reality shouldn't be denied that no terrorist has been punished by the court so far .This attitude of our courts encouraging the terrorist and they are confidently doing their evil job.
Ban terrorist organization L J, SS,LT,JM are still functioning in Punjab with covering names.Punjab interior minister is denying for any presence of punjabi taliban.

Sympathetic Elements in our Govt. Dep. is Reality and this is not just US. blame. We have to accept this reality and condemn all these elements.

If CJ says "Mullah Omar, you're doing something illegal"

You think Mullah Omar would shut up and give up terrorism? This argument has no logic. He can pronounce judgement on cases that are in court. The Taliban when they are caught would be tried and sentenced. If thye are not caught, they won't be and CJ's role doesn't come in.
