Why ASEAN invited India but not an South-East asian country Bangladesh

You dont need to look outside just look inside and you will find many stupids around you who claim that Hindus are aryans and wait they even claim that outsiders who invaded India were Indians after all you had to claim the heritage as Hindu one.

any way on topic there had been some interest by BD and it had adopted look east policy.

Bangladesh is altready in ASEAN Regional Forum . BD can be a bridg between South and South East Asia due to its location

well Lokmanya Tilak proved that Aryans came to India and their Original Place was Artic Region.

So, even if not all Indians are Aryans, Significant percentage of Indian Population has Aryan roots, especially in Rajasthan, Punjab.

ON TOPIC> I think when BD will become Important Economic Power in SA and solves disputes with Myanmar, it will be invited ASEAN

.
Bangladesh for her development wish to be part of ASEAN and she also wants direct connection to china via Myanmer. This two objectives is part of a whole range of potential initiatives. These have no relation to India. Hindutva goons do not accept the sovereignty of Bangladesh hence these repeated posts. India has no leverage vis-a-vis Bangladesh and our policies in respect of economics, military, diplomatic and strategic will be dictated solely by our national interest.

ASEAN is much more effective than Saarc and there is nothing unusual that Bsngladesh would wish to gravitate towards a more successful economic block.

In terms of geographical location.... It's only a matter of perspective.... Theres fluidity to such definition and there's no right or wrong in it....

.
Wow, your politicians fed those bullcrap very well it seems. Never fall for Bangladeshi way.. look Bangladesh turned so poor after departing from India. Huh. hahahahahah

Naah those are my personal views.. I could be wrong though , you tell me ..The other day I was like comparing total installed capacity for power of BD and NE and was shocked to learn it is only 4.7 GW (in 2009 may have risen now) for a population of 150 million while it is 2.2 GW (will rise to 4 gw in 2014) for a population of 37 milion, than I tried to search for natural resources you have some natural gas and little petroleum and coal. You have only 1 oil refinery for entire country while NE have 4 refineries (your one must have big capacity) with similar resrve of oil,ng and coal..
How do you power your industries with those meager resources ?? I could only find mention of RMG as your primary export and nothing significant , only assam export large quanity of tea , fertilizers and petroleum products to other parts of countries.. Trade with ASEAN will boost ongoing industrialization of NE and provide with newer easily accessible market..
So what wrong did I say????

I said

The term Aryan originates from the Sanskrit word ārya, in origin an ethnic self-designation, in Classical Sanskrit meaning "honorable, respectable, noble".[3][4]

Manufacturing contribute 29% of the GDP and this year we are exporting 28 billion dollar worth of manufactured goods. That should tell you the story. 30% of our workforce works in industry.

We are not a energy producing country rather we import most of our energy need. So we are little miser in that area. We dont produce oil so having a refinery is just less of a priority. Installed capacity of electricity around 10 GW now and generating capacity is around 6.5 GW. besiedes big industries have their own captive power plant including export processing zone who has their own too.

Well good luck on trading with ASEAN. NE bordering with one of the poorest areas of ASEAN. First ASEAN needs to address those poor areas which will later may be tickle down to you. If you need to trade with outside world you need to have access to sea and you need BD. ;)

yes , let's see what happens , poverty is not a hindrance for trade.. as for sea port your participation is indeed important. diplomacy might pave the way to your ports otherwise some intense investment in Burma would require..everything and all the options are on the table, only time will tell

Dark Green: Middle East
Medium Green: Greater Middle East
Light Green: Areas sometimes associated with Middle East.

Furthermore type Greater MiddleEast on google & see the result all images & links includes Pakistan. But i still don't understand why some indian trolls loosing their sleep if world counts Pakistan as Middle East, desperation looks soo visible to prove otherwise that even after many trolls getting infractions & bans still new trolls are popping up:woot:...priceless people they are:rofl:

P.S Another offtopic & i'm reporting your post. Thanks.

Why are Indians jumping up & down like monkeys. The answer to Indian fart is that:

1)Thanks to BAL fagots, we have a subservient foreign policy.

What has subservience got to do with being invited to an economic forum? What do you intend to do, Luffy? Threaten ASEAN into accepting you with an aggressive policy?

2)We unfortunately have issues with mayanmar that we utterly failed to solve and on top of that BAL naively hurt their ego with the huff & puff over the supposedly "victory" on the maritime demarcation verdict.

Technically, you don't even need to have any issues with them and even now the damage is not done.

3)We are not technically a part S.East asia but can be sited as part of greater S.E Asia. SO our admission into ASEAN if ever happens would be a great turn around from our geopolitical vulnerability. Inshallah it will happen in the future soon.

For that you need to learn to stop meddling in other countries' problems like the recent uproar you lot raised against Myanmar.

.
Why would i be an Arab, i have my historic land Pakistan with historic civilizations world has ever known, the IVC. I don't claim/steal other country civilization or name that originated from other countries. Same cannot be said about bharat(Oops don't be ashamed i mean india)

BTW classic trolling by you, now can you stay on topic?

but most of your countrymen say dravidians( south indians ) are the real hiers of indus valley civilization due to their support for aryan invasion theory

ASEAN urges India to resolve outstanding cooperation issues

display_image.php

PHNOM PENH: ASEAN leaders have urged Indian Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh to resolve several outstanding issues which would help strengthen the grouping's economic ties with India.

The first issue raised was the uncompleted Investment and Services chapters of the ASEAN-India Free Trade Agreement.

Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said that he believed the FTA was a mutually beneficial agreement and completing it would help both sides overcome the weak global economy.

However, he noted that progress was slow and urged ASEAN and India to re-double efforts and conclude talks by the Commemorative Summit next month.

He also added that concluding the ASEAN-India FTA would pave the way for India to join the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership negotiations.

The second issued raised was the unresolved ASEAN-India Air Transport Agreement (AIATA).

Mr Lee said that the AIATA would bring businesses and tourists closer together and would help to fulfil the ASEAN-India Memorandum of Understanding on Strengthening Tourism which was signed in January 2012.

Meanwhile, the Singapore Premier said that he was looking forward to the 20th Anniversary celebrations in New Delhi to commemorate ASEAN's close ties with India.

He added that the celebrations would also be an opportunity to discuss and chart the future direction of ASEAN-India relations.

So much for indian ASEAN chest thumping. India has been foot dragging on completing Investment and Services chapters and ASEAN leaders invited Manmohan Sigh and called it on his face.

It is getting so funny how a Bangali trying to distort history in order to save himself grom grave shame that the legendary warrior he tried to insult actually arse kicked his nation  You are making stories so that you can some save yourself from humiliation which is certain After hemu arse kicked bangalis

let us go one by one.

After Sher Shah Suri's death in 1545, his son Islam Shah became ruler of North India. Islam Shah recognised the calibre, and administrative skills of Hemu and made him his personal adviser.[19] He consulted Hemu in matters relating not only to trade and commerce, but also pertaining to statesmanship, diplomacy and general politics. Islam Shah initially appointed Hemu Shahang-i-Bazar, meaning 'Market superintendent' in Persian, to manage commerce throughout the empire.[21] This post gave Hemu the opportunity to frequently interact with the king, having to apprise him of the trade and commercial situation of the kingdom.[22] Abul Fazal says that Islam Shah held Hemu in great esteem.[23] In 1550, Hemu accompanied Islam Shah to the Punjab where he was deputed along with other high officers to receive Mirza Kamran in the fort of Rohtas. Islam Shah consulted Hemu on a variety of matters.[24] After serving as Shahang-i-Bazar for some time, Hemu rose to become Chief of Intelligence or Daroga-i-Chowki (Superintendent of Post).[25] Islam Shah's health deteriorated in 1552 and he shifted his base from Delhi to Gwalior, which was considered safer. Hemu was deputed as Governor to the Punjab to safeguard the region against a Mughal invasion. Hemu held this position until October 30, 1553, when Islam Shah died.

Islam Shah was succeeded by his 12 year old son Firoz Khan who was killed within three days by Adil Shah Suri. The new king Adil was an indolent pleasure-seeker and a drunkard[26] who faced revolts all around.[27] Adil Shah took Hemu as his Chief Advisor and entrusted all his work to him.[28] appointing him the prime minister and chief of his army.[29][30] After some time, Adil Shah became insane and Hemu became the de facto king.[29][28][31]

This is how Hemu became king. Now prove it otherwise . Do not distort fact n devilize him to suit your argument.

Muhammad Shah rushed to Delhi to take revenge when the news reached Bengal that the son of deceased Jalal Shah (son of Sher Shah) has been assassinated by his maternal uncle Mubarak (Emperor Adil Shah) and his drinking partner Hemu. Muhammad Shah was killed in a battle near Allahabad in 1555, but Bengal army was not routed or defeated. It was a ceasefire.

Provide some proof to backen your words for these claims.

1.hemu was fellow drunkard of Adil shah.

2. Hemu assisted Adil shah to kill Islam shah's son (firoz shah ).

If you cannot , thn I will take your as regular verbal diarrhea because of getting arse spanked by him.

how funny it is no ?? Your king comes to take revange n meets Virgins . isn't it like mess with the best and Die like the rest.

On the contrary, as a consequence of this war, Bengal no more remained a part of Delhi Empire. Bahadur Shah, the son of Muhammad Shah, declared independence of Bengal in Allahabad, assumed Royal title of Sultan of Bengal when Hemu's troops were near his. So, what that Hindu Hemu was doing at that time? Nothing, except that the Bengal troops were stopped at allahabad. Bengal remained independent of Delhi until 1605.

Again a lie. Because after this War Nara Narayan became Raja of Puch Bihar. N Son of muhammad shah now ruled left of Bengal while hemu launched his compain toward Agra and delhi. When you are catching Big fishes Aka Mughals ( Macchi ) . Small fishes Aka Bangalis are Generally Ignored.

N how was that Fight ? It was you who attacked Adil shah to take revange. N your Army failed to do Any harm although your king got killed. n your returned with a humiliation.

Instead of temporarily assuming a Royal title, Hemu should have assisted the Suri family. He only tried to fish in a troubled water like a greedy man. He is certainly no hero. Same is true for his childhood Jigri Dost Mubarak (Adil Shah).

An Internet Bangali speaking it After getting his daily dose of macchi Chanwal ? N he somehow presumed he knows things better thn a General who uprooted Bangla Army, N 22 Continous victories ? Shame on you

The three regions i.e Central Asia, Middle East & South Asia meets in Pakistan & Pakistan has all these three kind of peoples as majority.

P.S Sadly most indians on PDF love to divert every thread, can't they read the topic? I hope this thread will not be derailed further.

Meeting with the region and being in the region is two different things. But Afghanistan is considered as South Asian country who is the member of SAARC. Even India lies at the junction of East and South East India.
