.
Because those areas are either bordering our International boundary or China's. I believe the north is too inhabitable hence it is left alone.

Also they do violate the southern sector as Sialkot is there. (Correct me if im wrong)

But doesn't it means that JAMMU is not disputed?

Muslim areas of Ladakh would have no problem living under Pakistan

You are left with only hindus of Jammu and Buddhists of Leh

Even the Hindus of Jammu are not happy with the loss of autonomy and the prospect of being overwhelmed by cow belt Indian immigration. The Jammu area hasn’t really got the space or environment to accomodate a huge arrival.

Of course, Jammu falls in disputed territory. LOC is the border between AJK and IOJK, whereas the border between Pakistan and IOJK is called Working Boundary (WB), which is shown in the southern circle. Both LOC and WB are disputed borders.

Upper circle is siachen glacier. It was occupied by India in 84 hence not in loc agreement. Lower is international border sialkot working boundary.

Kargil is Shia dominated, they have never been pro Pakistan in history, so I doubt that. There is hardly one incidence of protest in Kargil or Leh per year, mostly local politics.
What is telling is that Ladakh as a whole including Kargil elected a BJP candidate this year by a big margin, mainly because Muslims voted for BJP as well.

Your doubt is wrong. Shias can easily live under Pakistan

In fact they would love to live under Pakistan when united with Shias of Baltistan

Same sect. Same culture. Same language

There is not even a slight chance that they would oppose living under Pakistan

circle below is boundry between Disputed area(IOK) and non disputed area(Pakistan, more specifically sialkot secter and is subsequently known as "working boundry)

the above circle is just a bureaucratic mistake by both(mostly Pakistan) because before 1986 the area was informally recognized by both as Pakistani
however simla agreement(which laid the foundation of lino of control) does not cover it

Load of rubbish. Stop stoking sectarian crap. Laughable. Shia organisations have already released statements condemning Delhi's actions. I will try to find the link
