Why are the low income Indians under Modi paying more for Internet than richer China?

And one thing my Indian Friend forget here....that India is in Last position in Asia even behind Nepal.... as per Internet Speed......Companies in India tell them its 4G but consumers actually get less or equal to 3G speed... you can google it...

Indians are not reliant on just 4g mobiles for internet. For 650rs i pay, i get 50 mbps speed with 250 gb limit.

here you go , just checked my 4g speed on my mobile in Chennai ....I can assure you it is 4g . And it is dirt cheap ....I am currently on a mobile plan with vodafone where i have to pay 8( 500 rs) dollars for 3 months and I get unlimited calling ( throughout India) and daily 1.5 gb data per day ( so for 90 days I get 90*1.5=145 gb on my mobile phone) a validity of 90 days or 3 months . There is also some 100 or 150 smses free per day , but nowadays people hardly send Smses. Now that works out to something like 167 rupees or 2.66 dollars per month for me . I doubt any mobile service anywhere in the world can get cheaper than that, for the above services I have mentioned .

On mobile handset I get 6+ mbps at daytime and 20+ mbps at night... it is more than enough for me....

On fiber network BSNL provides 25+ Mbps in daytime and 40+ Mbps at night...

When you say compare... you forget the number of users the telecom sector handles... In my village my Airtel network always provide me speed of 15+ Mbps, which decrease in city as there are more users...

wow, but how ???
How is that possible when Nepal itself get their Internet from India ???? It was actually exclusively monopoly for India. But they just started to use Chinese internet from January this year.

With new Chinese link, Nepal ends India's internet monopoly

Bull in a china shop?
You ask for A and they reply for the B

They never ask if the plan is for broadband Internet or mobile telephony.
Anyway its fiber broadband & not for mobile Internet.

Even for fibre broadband the graph depicts a very wrong and unreal picture ....today there are providers who give speeds of 100 , 200 Mbps for universally less than 20 dollars and most times around 10 - 15 dollars....broadband has become cheap and affordable
You check out the rates yourself and do a back of the envelope rate conversion to US dollars

These are just some of the players who provide Internet in India, you can check their tariff
