Because these "Muslims" broke the law thus, they are in Jail. Period.

Same thing goes with Christians, Buddhist, Hindus, and even Atheist who break the law, they end up in JAIL.

The "Law" gentlemen applies to everyone and doesn't excuse no one.

Even if your "Religion" says its okay to break the "Law". It is "Irrelevant".

I hope no ones given the answer to this muslims in jail problem yet. Its pretty clear they cant afford or wont hire a Jew lawyer. I hope everyone takes this in good fun rather than booking me as an anti-Semite.

There are some pretty good Muslim lawyers available through ICNA/ISNA and many mosques, too.

FBI Arrests Rochester Man for New Year's Eve Terror Plot

ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- The U.S. Attorneys Office announced the arrest of a Rochester man with attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State Group or ISIL. Prosecutors said Emanuel Lutchman, 25, was arrested and is being held for plotting a New Year's Eve attack in Rochester.

According to court records, Lutchman claimed to receive direction from an overseas terror group to plan and commit an armed attack tonight. Lutchman allegedly chose a restaurant/bar located in Rochester, but the specific name and location of that restaurant was not released.
