আমাদের সময় পত্রিকার সাংবাদিক আর কে রনি কুড়িগ্রাম সীমান্ত এলাকায় ফেলানীর বাড়ি এবং আশেপাশের এলাকায় সরেজমিন অনুসন্ধান করে আজ একটি প্রতিবেদন লিখেছেন। তার ভাষ্য অনুযায়ী রাত তিনটার সময় ভারতীয় সীমান্তরক্ষী বাহিনীর গুলিতে ফেলানী আহত হওয়ার পর তাকে বিএসএফ জওয়ানরা কাছের একটি সরিষা ক্ষেতে নিয়ে যায়, এবং ধর্ষণ করে। পরেরদিন সকাল এগারটার সময় কাটাতারের বেড়ায় তার লাশ ওড়না দিয়ে বাঁধা ঝুলন্ত অবস্থায় পাওয়া যায়।

রাত তিনটায় পনেরো বছরের কিশোরী ফেলানী তার বাবা নুরু হোসেনের সাথে সীমান্ত পার হচ্ছিলো। দালালের সাথে চুক্তি অনুযায়ী কাটাতারের বেড়ার দুপাশে মই রাখা ছিলো। নুরু হোসেন যখন বেড়ার উপরে তখন বিএসএফ এর একটা গুলী এসে লাগে ফেলানীর কাধে। নুরু হোসেন বাংলাদেশের পাশে ছিটকে পড়ে যান এবং চার পাঁচ জন বিএসএফ জওয়ান দৌড়ে এসে বন্দুক তাক করে এবং ফেলানীকে নিয়ে যায়। এরপর এই হতভাগা বাবা অন্ধকারের ভেতরে ফেলানীর কান্নার শব্দ শুনতে পান, কিন্তু মেয়েকে আর খুঁজে পান না।

খুব সহজেই এ কয়টা লাইন লিখে ফেলা যায়। কিন্তু ঘটনাটা বাস্তবে কি ধরণের তা চিন্তা করলেই বুকে রক্তক্ষরণ শুরু হয়, মস্তিস্কের কোষে কোষে আগুন ধরে যায়। আমরা কি এতই অক্ষম নপুংসক একটা দেশ আমাদের মা বোনদের সাথে যা ইচ্ছে তাই করার লাইসেন্স দিয়েছি পাশের দেশের সীমান্তরক্ষী কসাই বাহিনীকে?

পরেরদিন সকাল এগারটায় ফেলানীর লাশ সীমান্তের এক স্থানে কাটাতারে ঝুলন্ত দেখা যায়, ওড়না দিয়ে বাঁধা অবস্থায়। কয়েকঘন্টা ঝুলে থাকার পর ভারতীয়রা ওড়না কেটে তার লাশ নিয়ে যায় এবং দুইদিন পর নপুংসক বিজিবি বাহিনীর স্থানীয় ক্যাম্পে এ লাশ হস্তান্তর করে।

লাশ যে কয়ঘন্টা ঝুলে ছিলো, তখন সীমান্তের দুপাশেই সাধারণ মানুষ জড়ো হয়। নপুংসক বিজিবির বিশ পঁচিশ জন সদস্য এবং বীরপুঙ্গব বিএসএফ এর একশ জওয়ানও জড়ো হয়। রাতের অন্ধকারে যেসব বিএসএফ সদস্যরা আনন্দ করে নিয়েছে তারাও হয়তো ওখানে ছিলো। তাদের একজন হয়তো পাঞ্জাব থেকে আসা সিং, আরেকজন হয়তো দার্জিলিং এর গুর্খা এবং অন্য কয়েকজন ইউপির তেওয়ারী অথবা চৌবে। সর্ব÷7;ারতীয় জওয়ানরা মিলেমিশে আনন্দের সাথে বাংলাদেশকে রাতের অন্ধকারে ভোগ করেছে। তারাই দিনে কাটাতারের পাশে দাড়িয়ে উরু চুলকাতে চুলকাতে হাসাহাসি করেছে আর বলেছে শালে বেহেন****র জাত, তোদের কত সাহস নিজেদেরকে আলাদা রাখতে চাস!! উপর থেকে নির্দেশ পেয়ে বছরের পর বছর ধরে এই হত্যা আর ধর্ষণ চালাচ্ছে যে বাহিনী, তাদের জন্য এ হাসি হাসাটা কোন কষ্টের বিষয় না।

গুলিবিদ্ধ ফেলানীকে তারা পাশের সরিষা ক্ষেতে নিয়ে গিয়ে রাতভর আনন্দ করেছে। তার সাথে থাকা বিয়ের খরচের পঞ্চাশ হাজার টাকা এবং স্বর্ণালংকার গুলো তাদের উপরি পাওনা। এই এক ফেলানী মরে ঝুলে থেকে বহু সচেতন বাংলাদেশীকে কয়েকদিন ব্যাস্ত রেখেছে। সীমান্তে নিয়মিত হত্যা ধর্ষণ ঘটতে থাকলেও আমাদের বিকার নেই, একটা ছবি দেখে সবার বিবেক জাগ্রত হয়ে উঠলো। ফেসবুকে ষ্ট্যাটাস, ব্লগে ব্লগে পোষ্ট মানববন্ধন পক্ষে বিপক্ষে দলবাজি গালিগালাজ করে সচেতন বাঙ্গালী বিপ্লব করে ফেললো।

বেশ কয়েকদিন হয়ে গিয়েছে, এখন ঢাকায় আসা সানিয়া মীর্জাকে নিয়ে মাতমের মৌসুম। সামনে আসবে বিগ বচ্চন ও তার হট আইটেম গার্লবাহিনী বিশ্বকাপ উদ্বোধন উপলক্ষে। আমার মধ্যবিত্ত বন্ধু জীবনে একবার ভারত ভ্রমণের সামর্থ্য করতে পেরে কয়েক বছর পরিচিতদের সাথে গল্প করবে, ভারতমাতা মহান। আমাদের বুদ্ধিজীবিরা নিমক হালাল করতেই থাকবেন। যুবক বন্ধুরা মগ্ন চিন্তায় ভাববে শীলা না কি মুন্নি, কার জওয়ানীতে গরম বেশি। যুবতী বন্ধুদের ঈদের সময় লেহেঙ্গা আর ভাবীদের দিনের বেলায় সিরিয়াল দেখার টিভি রিমোট চাইই চাই।

ভারতীয় ময়না তদন্ত রিপোর্ট যৌন নির্যাতনের কথা উল্লেখ করেনি, শুধুমাত্র লিখেছে গুলীবিদ্ধ হওয়াটাই তার মৃত্যুর কারণ। কুড়িগ্রাম সদর হাসপাতালের চিকিৎসক পোষ্টমর্টেম নিয়ে কিছু বলেননি। পুলিশের ওসি বলেছেন ভারতের ও এখানের রিপোর্ট একই। এক হওয়াটাই স্বাভাবিক। অল্প কিছু পয়সা দিলে বরং ডাক্তার ও পুলিশরা মিলে উল্টোসুরে কোরাস ধরবে। এটা আমাদের জাতীয় চরিত্র, বাংলাদেশের স্বার্থে সত্য প্রকাশের জন্য এক ফোঁটা চিন্তা কারও ভেতর নেই। এ সাংবাদিক এ প্রতিবেদন কেন করলো তাই বরং আশ্চর্যের।

i'd say her father could well counter felanis death. He endangered a minor who was his responsibility, by forcing her to break international law by crossing an international fence guarded by armed forces, which ultimately resulted in her death, while he ran away abandoning her.
Punish him by all means.

This shows how much Namak Haram you guys are....

1) Russia is the largest Namakharam country, because USA had helped it against the Nazis in the 2nd WW, but, this same Russia started a cold war against USA after that war.

5) Indians (that include us) helped the British in the 2nd WW, but this same British enslaved us for more than a century.

6) USA ousted the Russians from Afghanistan with the direct assistance from the Talibans. But, then the same USA ousted Taliban from power, and they are is still fighting each other.

World is full of such stories. So, do not be surprised if we change our colour in case of a war between India and one of its neighbours. Better cult our friendship by remorsing the killing of our daughter Felani.
