Who will be next Indian president?

How does it matter who will be the president ??. Indian president is a toothless tiger. Just a dummy position to enjoy all the privileges for being the king of country with no moral accountability. So it absolutely does not make any difference who is made the president.. an illiterate Lalu yadav or an eminent scholar like APJ Abdul Kalaam (although I have very high regards for him as a person).

we have a dark horse for the race to FM, but I think it will be Montek Singh Ahluwalia as he is the favorite of MMS because of his reformist agenda.

In case finance minister Pranab Mukherjee gets the nod from Sonia Gandhi to contest the presidential polls as UPA nominee, prime minister (PM) Manmohan Singh is expected to play a proactive role in the affairs of the North Block. There is talk in PMO circles that the PM will keep the finance portfolio for himself once Mukherjee demits office.
