آج صبح لاہور کے علاقے لبرٹی مارکیٹ میں سری لنکن ٹیم کے سکواڈ پر دہشت گردوں نےفائرنگ کردی جس سےسات پولیس اہلکار شہیداورآٹھ زخٕمی ہوگئے،فائرنگ سےچھ سری لنکن کھلاڑی بھی زخٕمی ہوئے۔ بعض اطلاعات کے مطابق حملہ آوروں کی تعداد دس سے چودہ تھی۔۔۔۔۔

بھاگتے ہوئے دہشتگرد ایک بیگ اور کچھ ہتھیار پھینک گئے ۔۔۔جن میں ایک دسپوزیبل لائیٹ اینٹی ٹینک ویپن کی ٹیوب یا عرف عام میں راکٹ لانچر کا کھوکھا بھی تھا۔۔۔ جو طالبان یا دیگر دہشتگرد گروپوں کے استمال میں نہیں۔۔۔۔

آخر ان حملوں کے پیچھے کون ہو سکتا ہے۔۔۔۔

ہندوستانی خفیہ ایجنی را۔۔۔۔ تامل دہشتگرد۔۔۔۔ بلوچ دہشتگرد۔۔۔۔طالبان ۔۔۔۔ یا پھر کوئی بڑی سازش۔۔۔۔

کسی بھی جرم کی تحقیقات شروع کرنے سے پہلے جرم کا مقصد دیکھا جاتا ہے۔۔۔۔۔ ابھی تک آنے والے شواہد میں ایک بات جو سامنے آئی ہے وہ یہ ہے کہ حملے کا ہدف برادر ملک سری لنکا کی کرکٹ ٹیم تھی۔۔۔۔

اس وقت سری لنکا کی فوج کا کامیاب آپریشن تامل باغیوں کے خلاف جاری ہے۔۔۔اس اپریشن کے نتیجے میں تامل باغیوں کو کافی نقصان اٹھانا پڑ رہا ہے اور تقریباً باغیوں سے پچانوے فیصد علاقہ خالی کروا لیا گیا
ہے۔۔۔
ٹایگرزآف تامل ایلم کی بنیاد1972 میں بھارتی خفیہ ایجنسی را کی مدد سے رکھی گئی۔۔ جس کا مقصد تامل قوم کے حقوق کا دفاع کرنا اور تامل ایلم کا قیام تھا۔۔۔ اس تنظیم کے ممبران کو اندرا گاندھی کے اشیرواد سے بھارتی حکومت نے اترپردیش، دہلی ،ممبئی اور وشاکاپیٹم کے فوجی اور پیرامیلیٹی کیمپس میں ٹرینگ دی گئی۔۔۔ جبکہ ڈیراڈن میں سپیشلایز ٹرینگ دی جاتی رہی۔۔۔۔
خود جنوبی بھارت میں تامل آبادی اکثریت میں ہے۔۔۔ انیس سو ساٹھ کی دہائی میں یہاں ڈی ایم کے کی تحریک نے بھارتی سرکار کو کافی پریشان رکھا ۔۔۔۔اور نوبت تامل علیحدگی تک آ گئی۔۔۔
جس کی وجہ سے بھارتی سرکار کو تامل ناڈو کو الگ صوبہ بنانا پڑا ۔۔۔اور شاید اس ہی لئے تامل علیحدگی پسندوں کی ہر دور میں مدد کی۔۔۔

انیس سو ستاسی میں راجیو حکومت نے پالیسی بدلتے ہوئے تامل دہشتگردوں کے خلاف بھارتی فوج آپریشن پوون کے لئے سری لنکا بھیجی مگر بلآخر شدید نقصان کروانے کے بعد فوج واپس بلانی پڑی۔۔۔ اور بلاخر راجیو بھی ایل ٹی ٹی ای کے دہشتگردی کا نشانہ بنا اور ایک خودکش حملے میں مارا گیا۔۔۔۔
بعض دفاعی تجزیہ نگارون کے مطابق راجیو دور میں بھی را کے تامل ارکان نے ایل ٹی ٹی ای سے تعلقات ختم نہیں کئے۔۔۔ اور اپنی نسلی تعلق کی وجہ سے ہمیشہ ایل ٹی ٹی ای کا ساتھ دیا۔۔۔۔
دوسری طرف پاکستان نے ہمیشہ بردر ملک سری لنکا کا ساتھ دیا۔۔۔ پاکستان آرمی نے سپیشل کورسوں کے ذریعے سری لنکن فوج کو ٹرین کیا۔۔۔ اور اسلحے اور ایکسپرٹیز اپنے سری لنکن دوستوں کو بوقت ضرورت دی۔۔۔۔
پاکستان اور سری لنکا کے تعلقات خود بھارت کے لئے بہت باعث تشویش ہیں ۔۔۔پاکستان کے ہائی کمشنر بشیر ولی کی نامزدگی پر ہندوستانی وزیر اعظم نے سری لنکن صدر کو دہمکی آمیز احتجاج کیا۔۔۔ اور انٹیلی جنس ذرایع کے مطابق بھارتی احتجاج مسترد کرنے پر بشیر ولی پر را نے ایل ٹی ٹی ای کے ذریعہ ایک بم حملہ بھی کروایا جس میں وہ محفوظ رہے۔۔۔

خود بھارتی انٹیلی جنس ذرایع کے مطابق پاکستانی امداد اور ایکپرٹیز کے بدلے میں را کی مدد سے بلوچ مزاہمت کاروں کوایل ٹی ٹی ای تربیت دی رہی ہے۔۔۔
آج کے واقع میں جو ہتھیار استمال ہوئے ہیں ان میں ایسے ہتھیار بھی ہیں جو طالبان یا فوج کے استمال میں نہیں ۔۔۔مگر ایل ٹی ٹی ای انھیں برسوں سے استمال کر رہی ہے۔۔۔۔

بھارت میں سری لنکن افوج کو حاصل ہونے والی کامیابیوں کو نہایت رنج سے دیکھا جا رہا ہے۔۔۔ اور سری لنکا کے خلاف احتجاج آئے روز کا معمول بن چکا ہے۔۔۔۔

ان حملوں سے جہان دہشتگردوں نے سری لنکن حکومت کو پیغام دیا ہے۔۔۔ وہاں ہندوستان کو بھی ممبئی حملوں کا جواب اور پھر کاونٹر پروپوگینڈا کا موقع دیا ہے۔۔۔ دوسری طرف بلوچ لبریشن آرمی کو اگر استمال کیا گیا ہے جس کے شواہد کچھ دہشتگروں کے کپڑوں سے ملتے ہیں تو یہ ایک نہایت تشویش ناک بات ہے۔۔۔ ایک بات جو سوچنے کی ہے کہ کیا کوئی دہشتگرد تنظیم اتنی آسانی سے ایک مہمان ٹیم کو نشانہ بنا سکتی ہے۔۔۔۔ اور وہ کون سے مملک ہیں جو آج ہونے والی دہشت گردی کے ذمہ دار ہیں؟۔۔۔۔ اور آج کے انٹیلی جنس فیلیر کے ذمہ دار کون ہیں؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

The report says that India is perturbed by growing Sri Lanka-Pakistan cooperation against LTTE terrorists in Sri Lanka who were created byh India way back in 80s.


The report further says that LTTE with help of India is involved in training terrorists from Balochistan Liberation Army who had been funded and trained and created by RAW to carry out terrorist activities in Balochistan.


Over all and all the report suspects the involvment of RAW backed LTTE and India in this attack somehow.

and where was BLA before India made its prescence in Afghanistan?

You need to read posts on this forum carefully i have said it before in Lahore attack thread that Indians here are just trying to create and spread BS.

It was your own Indian memnber on this forum who has started pointing fingers at LTTE.

Pakistani Govt did not say anything like that except some paranoids from PPP.

So it will be much better to wait for the investigations.

well LTTE INDIAN NEXUS IS NOT NEW READ THIS

Pakistan's former High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Bashir Wali Mohammad, who survived a claymore mine attack in Colombo recently, has alleged that Indian intelligence agency, Research and Analysis Wing, was behind the strike.

Wali, who returned from Sri Lanka a week ago, alleged that the attack was carried out by RAW to begin a proxy war in a third country. Pakistan's plan to ship new arms to Sri Lanka to battle Tamil rebels did not trigger the assassination attempt he said. Wali had narrowly escaped a powerful claymore mine attack on August 14 in the Sri Lankan capital in which four of his guards were killed.

Wali, a former chief of Pakistan's Intelligence Bureau was quoted by daily The Post as saying that the LTTE not only refused to claim responsibility but it also denied reports published in media about its involvement.

He claimed the Indian government was "upset" with the decision of Pakistani government to appoint him as high commissioner to Sri Lanka and that RAW was playing "dirty games against" him.

He further claimed that Pak-Sri Lanka relations touched a new height during his two-year stint, which further "disturbed" the Indian government.
