I wonder whether one should laugh or look in wonder at the level of chest thumping. Wonder why they are doing this in these conditions if not for funds? Well, in the end better a missile then the face of a politician..An ad which appeared in an indian newspaper.
I'm guessing this newspaper is known to politicians and those who can potentially influence India's arms procurement process. Saab also pulled off similar tactics, such as by placing an ad for the Gripen near a bus stop that is known to be frequented by politicians & military personnel:
