I don't think so mate, especially for a sniper.

I won't get into details, but during military service i learned how to assault on a sniper with my squad. So, i can say the time interval between the consecutive shots are very important for the sniper.

Well a sniper with an anti material rifle is not a very good target he can wipe 2 or 3 squad before you sniper with normal sniping guns reach in firing range.

There are tactics to approach him even with in a straight line. Mate you are thinking like a civilian.

And we have been thought the approach to him with just normal assault rifles. You need to have a good condition though. Not a normal person can do.

chinese have terrible military tactics. If you want to be a good fighting force you need to train with Russians, American, or Brits. Perhaps a bit of sparing with pakistan and you can develop your own modern military tactics?

This is a good example. The two soldiers on the left are holding their weapons correctly when not in a clmbat situation, yet the two soldiers on the right have their index fingers on the trigger, this shows me that these soldiers arent getting proper training.

His safety is probably on. Plus that was a photo op, it's not like they were in a drill.

Doesnt matter, whether youre in a drill or not you should know how to hold and use your rifle correctly so you get used to it, not only that but it also shows professionalism and its safer. Having your fingers on the trigger when not dealing with combatants is saftey hazard where I come from.

Anyways most troops in Iran nor the mideast hold their rifles correctly, except for better trained units. They hold it the old way e.g..
