The more ypu import the more you are depemdant on other countries. Im glad pakistan china and turkey import very little and make majority of weapons by themselves.

Saudi arabia has no military industrial base what so ever for now. They are working on it. Bit whats wrong with india?

Now India would be number 1 in next 5 years.
Suppliers lining up on the door of India the "Super Power" to sell their hardware. For India to hide it's fig leaf "superiority" .
For India to collect some more brownie points and re-claim its "super power" status.
