this pic taken when injured of bomb blast taken to nearby hospital which killed three US Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) Marines and injured two.

what I still dont recognise who is this guy in picture, look like Pakistani but wearing british combat uniform jacket and Pak Scouts' cap? is he a double agent working for both parties

This picture is not from the recent Dir attack where US soldiers got killed. This picture is of some other attack and pasted by the news website on this story.

And the guy is a member of the Pakistan Boy Scouts Association, helping the wounded.

By looking at color of the cloths the boy he is holding, it is from the recent Karachi Muharam procession bombings.

thanks Taimi, you probably are right, actually this pic was on the following article about US marines and this boy scout's british combat jacket is bit confusing as I assume Pak Scouts has Blackish dress.
