My vote goes to the one not on the list, Nitin Gadkari. That's why I voted for 'others'.

Smriti Irani, she is moulding the next Generations, that is why Opposition,Congress and Lefties are always against her, there is the real change happening, which is shaking the oppositions roots.
Capturing a Generation and more is happening there. Therefore the prime focus on Smriti Irani,
Who can teach good or bad things to the next generation, will see a real change they wanted.
No other ministries comes in comparison,in front of Education its about Winning hearts and Minds of next gen.

Piyush Goyal is the first. He actually achieved the target of coal mining and is on target for electrification of villages. Second is Suresh Prabhu, I am glad he is completing the unfinished projects of last few years and not announcing new rail projects which is greatly commendable.
Third is Sushma Swaraj.

Manohar Parrikar and Rajnath have been disappointing through their loose comments and war mongering. And still Paramilitary under MHA are fighting for basic amneties like odomos in forest areas. No deal has been signed in Indian Armed forces either.

.
suresh prabhu because he is quietly trying to get things done...
rajnath is an average home minister and smriti is playing with fire.. sushma does not have independence, foreign policy is scripted in PMO now so not sure how much credit she can take.. jaitley could not pass GST yet(although congress is to blame, the responsibility lies with FM)

.
piyush goel not on the list :(

1 suresh prabhu nitin gadkari piyush goel

2 manohar parikker shushma swraj

10 rajnath & Jaitly...
