Don't shoot the messenger. We need to revisit colonial army system. Improve issues in it. Our country has been and it is suffering due to hot headed over proud Generals. I don't necessarily agree with all the above raised points. I don't condone authenticity of points listed. But certainly they are worth visiting and listening to with an open mind.
