jamaat islami has 7 seats and JUI has 9, so PMLN plus JUI will make 19 PTI plus JI will make 31, also there are 10 independents and it will pretty much depend on them

No. It can be PTI+JI+IND and u have majority. because PTI has 33+JI's 7+ 13 IND, All they need is 50 votes.
But it wont be easy for JUI+PMLN both have 13 each seat and thats makes it 26 in total, half of the required number.Even with IND they would need another party's help to form gov.
