i would say-- Rajpak,ajtr from pakistan.

Luffy500 and idune from BD

Chinesedragon and sino and ws10 engine from china ..although most of them are trolls ...

Dude..trolling is a relative situation...If someone post a nasty post about any nation...then even good poster will loose its head become a troller...but it s not like troller has intentionally did it....So everyone is good/bad wrt to the situation...This is my impression.
