White woman charged with assault after grabbing Black child trying to enter community pool, mother says

The white attacker also lied and told the police that the black child was attacking her first and guess what, until someone else handed over the video to the family, the police believed the white attacker just by her word against that of the mixed family and other black woman taking whitness.

Just for clarity, when the mother of the black child shouted "You know me" that was referring to the fact the white woman who attacked the black child knew they are a resident family after seeing them in the pool before and just feigned ignorance to harass them.

The person who filmed the video also informed the family that the same white attacker has been doing the same thing with other black children after the gates automatic lock was broken and the white attacker started pretending to be a gatekeeper even though she held no authority for doing anything at the gate. (even if she really assumed the family wasnt residents she would have to call the police, not attack them)

After that the police still tried to cover for the white attacker and let the case rest until the mother of the black child had to call them on again to push them to serve the woman 6 weeks after the incident.

After the incident the white attacker and two friends also started calling the black boys family housowner where the family is living on a rental basis in hopes to get the family into trouble and push them out of the community they had just moved in.

The family is now trying to move out again, because both police and two other members of the homeowner associations responsible for the community sided with the attacker.

No, @Globenim go read Heather Brown's update page. She has finally admitted that the woman at the gate is actually a member of the HOA (Home Owners Association) and thus has the right to stop people at the gate due to the lock being broken.

No, you clearly know I am aware of the upte because I just cited all the information from that very update that is contradicting all your previous blatant lies to frame the black victims as "typical" black invaders of your wishfull white community ( ironically a narrative entirely based on their skincolor of the victims, the same reason they were barred from their own place in first place) and Heather Brown said the woman attacking her had no rights to stop and police anybody (especially not residents from entering their own pool) nevermind attack anyone just because she is part of the Home Owner Association and believes to own the entire place and is eligible to boss people around. She didnt "admit" to anything. Shes appalled that that shes has do deal with racism from the Home onwer Association members.

Thats not what a Home Owner Association is. Home Owner Association membership doesnt equate becoming the local police, stop people from entering their own pool based on skincolor and physical confrontation is obviously to be avoided by any means to prevent exactly these kind of escalations, just like attacking a black child you tried to harass based on racial prejudice doesnt equate to flipping some potato chips at somone or whatever braindead retarded nonsense some racists trolls here are spouting.

Heather Brown is not even a home owner in that community..how does she have any rights compared to the HOA member...whose job it is to take care of the place?

That's like yelling back at a librarian that she has no basis for shooshing you in the public library for being loud. You don't need to call the police to have them do the shooshing.

Heather J Brown owns a key to the community pool because Heather J Brown and her family live in that community. Her rental landlord is a home owner in that community.

The white attacker had no excuse to assume they are strangers because she saw each other using the facitility before.

How does that give any right to anyone be it a HOA member or not, whos job is not a police officer and whos job is not to racially discriminate against black people and whos job is not to block people at the gate of the community pool, to start racially discriminate and harass a black family, attack a black child and blocking them from entering their own pool, just like she did with other black people by the testimony of the person that luckily filmed the incident on camera helping to contradict the lies of the HOA member claiming shes was attacked by the black child?

The reason the white attacker didnt call the police as a would be the job of a HOA member is because the arrival of the police wouldnt lead to Heather J Browns family being barred from her own pool just because her children are black.
