He ran away because he owes ppl to the tune of 150 million rupees....he has cases against him in the courts.....had he not run away ge would be in jail.
His mamu was a col who died recently not a Gen.
He did have a contract with dha n was greasing the palms from director lands to the patwari in dha. They were all on is take.
