Lol Japan is playing the same old trick to India as they did with China: in 1990s they provided China credit with low interest rate at condition we buy their tooling machines but China realized later that it cost much higher than made in Germany , Unless China provide India the assessment of the cost of high speed train if it's build by China, India will never know the real cost but to pay what Japan will ask...and I don't think China is stupid enough to provide India with such information.

If anyone think China is ripping of Pakistan, they are welcome to compete over CPEC projects, China doesn't hold exclusivity.

Pal you are not making sense here. We are already doing business with Japan not that big though. You can have good relations with Japan, India and Vietnam, can do business with them when you have border disputes with all of them and you are saying that Japan will not entertain when we have a big market. We can do business with US but US wull ask Japan not to do business with us. It is all about interests.

Of course Pakistanis are absolutely free to shop around in the world for products/manufacturers of your choice in terms of price vs quality.

In case of anything fraudulent/substandard/contrary to contractual terms, please lodge your (or any other countires for that matter) complaint to the Chinese Embassy/Ministry of Commerce PRC. I hope the part(-ies) who is/are guilty of misfeasance should be rightfully punished/black-listed.rf possible bad elements in our manufacturing sectors. It helps to weed out any malpractices and improves our Brand image.

Help from Japan? we have earned annually over 200 billions trade surplus with US in 1990s, Japanese cheap credit is just a "better than nothing" but we don't need Japanese help, when China has realized Japan was playing dirty trick, we go all the way with Germany regarding the manufacturing machine and tooling.

As for India, first you don't earn much as trade surplus as China did and how you expect that this 50 billions Japanese's credits will make India competitive? most likely Japan will eat back 25 to 50% of this credit as profit by building high speed rail for India since India know nothing about the real value of high speed rail project.

You can always follow us but your governing system will make you a failed imitation, India is simply not China and you Indian don't work like Chinese, most likely India will have shoulder the burden of debt for generation to come.

Because Kenyans are willing to learn from China and cooperate with China at every level, the success can only be happened with cooperation and not antagonism, Unlike Pakistan, China will likely to fail in India because of the geopolitic and I'm glad that China is out of India's high speed rail.

China's Kenya SGR is not only for passenger but cargo as well, it's setting a great example of what we should expect with CPEC: a railway from Kashgar to Gwadar. China always want to have success abroad because a success will encourage more nations to work with China hence generate more success.
