Both in terms of geo-politics and optics, Israel-Iran nexus would be too obviois for everyone to notice, it would be a breaking news (despite having my reservations with regard to Tehran's antagonism towards Tel Aviv). Planning an attack against a nuclear armed country needs a solid back door support and there's no better support for Israel that USA.

They have been helping India with its pogrom in Kashmir for years, building India up against us for this very purpose, lobbying against us in the West, and have been fully taking advantage of the US free hand given to them in Afghanistan.

Every war they engage with Muslim countries, they have to watch Pakistan in the back. Israel is very anxious to get rid of the Pakistani nuclear threat and tried to do so at Kahuta but aborted. This mission also they aborted.

Israel, and India, fear Pakistan’s retaliation. They fear the very potent and real threat they would face if Pakistan becomes the leader of the Muslim world.

We have the potential to teach the Muslims how to fight back. That mere idea is deadly to our enemies as, of now, Muslims have given up and become demoralized.

US also would be happy to see Pakistan in shambles. Their temporary kind words to save face during Afghan withdrawal is just for formality. They will be back to openly abusing us and creating problems for us in the not so distant future.

There are two America's. One of Trump and one of the establishment.

Trump supports talks with Taliban. The CIA/Pentagon doesn't or is very reluctant to put it mildly.

There cannot be any misconception regarding CIA/Pentagon favorite of our region. It is India.

Exactly. We have been fighting a covert war with the US establishment for a very long time now. We can never ever rule out anything. Of course this is just an educated guess and not based on firm evidence.

One thing I can say with certainty is that the US is courting India to contain China. In this war against China anything is permissible as far as the CIA/Pentagon is concerned. Pakistan is an obvious target in this war.

We know that Israel was involved. The stories in the media aren't based on fantasy. When your media starts mentioning certain countries by name it means the agencies have something on them.

I wouldn't rule it out. The truth is that America would love to see Pakistan as a subservient nation in the region. The Americans want India to have the policeman role to contain China. The cooperation between China and Pakistan is a thorn in US designs. The US is opposed to any kind of cooperation between China and Pakistan. The ideal scenario for the US would be to isolate Pakistan and bully it into submission. That is difficult when China is providing cooperation and cover.
