Which one is more impressive? Rise of India or Turkey?

Turkey is nothing without NATO.

No offence but We were nothing during Independence War. In fact, we don't waste our times with deploying peacekeepers around the world while we already have forces at overseas National&NATO&UN wide (US, UK, Germany, Italy, Horn of Africa, Medditearian, Afghanistan, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Lebanon, Kosovo and Syria (one infantry platoon at Fort Caber)).

See, it isn't about deploying troops everywhere.

And "obviously" we are NATO. So no need to say Turkey is nothing without nato.

We're not enemies nor allies. We're just friends for now. But the relations are expanding.

none!! rise of iran is much more impressive :D

watch iran , so dat u may learn sth :azn:

Why are you butthurt?

As much as I dislike India, at least the Indians don't go around joining illegal western-led wars around the world like Turkey does.

India might be dirt poor compared to Turkey but Indians have honour and pride of remaining independent from aggressive western foreign policy. Turkey is just another American vassal state used as a mere pawn.

Even though we like to troll the Indians for fun, seriously speaking for a second, India would f**k up Turkey anyday.

Thats right, its obvious you like to troll...But you fail to understand what you read bro...The title asks for your opinion about the rise of both nations and which one of them is impressive, it doesnt ask who can f.ck who or joining "illegal" wars..You keyboard commandos bring that up..those kids these days lol

Anyhow on topic;
its like mixing apples and oranges in the same pot...One has more than 1 billion population and one has only 75 million population...I dont know if there is any "rise" but Turkey is doing great if you ask me amongst its own league..India on the other hand is in another league...India vs China comparison would be more logical

India and Turkey can't be compared -

Turkey has always been a developed country. So it has a head start and is largely industrialized compared to India. On the other side with its population of less than 100 million and already well developed, the scope for further development is reduced - today the per capita income is around $10,500 approx. and a gdp of around $800 billion - the top countries with per capita income, for example, Switzerland has $45,000 approx. - so Turkey can reach a maximum of around $5 trillion GDP nominal at which point it would have reached it almost maximum growth.

But India has scope with its 1.2 billion population and with a per capita of around $1000 approx. has a $1.8 trillion approx nominal GDP. India has scope for significant growth but likewise there are numerous factors which can affect its growth story in a positive or negative way.

In short, Turkey's future is given while India's though remains positive is not definite yet.
