There was a recent episode of the BBC show Graham Norton Show in which appeared the American actor Micheal J Fox ( originally from your country ). He has Parkinson's disease and has set up a foundation in America towards its research. Over the years he and the foundation's co-founder have raised over a billion dollars. But why should they ? One billion is a minute amount compared to America's yearly military budget. Why does the American government want to spend massive money and other resources in invading other countries and killing people there when instead it should be spending those resources in solving medical problems and other human and ecological problems within America ?
