There are professional adventurous tourists all over the world, but they are not that big figure compared to normal foreign tourists+majority of of them also consider their safety first the place they visit, other than their adventurous expedition.

The passenger handled just both Delhi and Mumbai comes almost 110 million passengers and there are plenty of foreign tourists also present at airports.There are plenty of other airports as well.

There are literally hundreds of budget 3 , 2 star hotels in Khi where lots of foreigners and local prefer to stay.

Lol...Avari's, Hashwanis Pearl Continental, Mansha's Nishat's(new entrant), Agha Khan's Serena's, are all local conglomerates with international presence...many others unknown.

Only Hashwanis has about 11 five star properties in Pakistan, called Pearl Continental. And the Marriott chain is also owned by him.


Avaris has 2 big 5 star hotel in Lahore and Karachi and 2 smaller properties in Isb.

Serena Isb is the best in its class, a big 400 rooms hotel and a biz center. Lhr opening next year. Many smaller properties in northern areas and in Africa.

1. Safety- Pakistan lacks
2. Image of a country- Pakistan lacks
3. Infrastructure like good hotels,resorts,transportation,airports etc- Pakistan lacks compared other countries
4. eVisa and Visa friendly policy to other countries- No focus as such in pakistan
5. Cost - Pakistan have great advantage
6. Landscape- Pakistan have advantage only on northern parts
7. Animal species- Pakistan lacks very much as less than 4% covered with forest for wild life expedition etc
8. Medical tourism- Pakistan lacks
9. Advertisement- No focus in pakistan

Actually it's more about your lack of knowledge about Pakistan the reason you are coming with preposterous claims that this is bogus, than it is about lack of tourists or for that matter lack of this and that in Pakistan.

We all know Indians are brainwashed about Pakistan in the local media but with internet opening the country to Indians there lack of Knowledge about Pakistan(or it was done purposely) is strange and translates into their low IQ, low international exposure, research and overall give a bad image of Indians.

Pakistanis here knows a lot more about India than vice versa...Indians seems to have concocted, preconceived notions, doctored ideas spread by the govt. and the state controlled media about Pakistan...so as to make it look Bad...and thus making the country look Good comparatively, this is so childish and mediocre thinking by the Indian govt,. and people.

Out of 1.75 million people how many are foreign tourists, i mean not the non-resident pakistani's
and don't include chinese who are doing projects in pakistan.

Its very easy to trace, the combined passenger volume of karachi+islamabad+lahore at airports
is around 16 million(to and fro) and this roughly turns into 8 million passengers/year into pakistan.
Almost all foreign tourists arrive by flight only.So if 1.75 million foreign tourists figure have to be believed,
then your airports should be filled with 2 foreign tourists in every 10 pakistani passengers !
I know foreign tourists are not necessarily means white people, but still how many white people can be
seen in airports? They include every one visiting pakistan including non-resident pakistani's to come
this bogus figure...Look at the streets including major cities, how many whites can be seen !

Don't include figures from Afghanistan and Iran who are refugees or just cross the border for one way or other reason and so don't include those people as tourists.
