Even if say 10% people drink.... The rest of population doesn't.. Hence Consumption average goes down to 0.1%.


Now they could have easily gotten the numbers or stats from Pak breweries like Murree or Indus.

Foreign smuggled liquor is consumed in very small quantities by the rich.. While the poor or middle class drinks local..

Kuppi is deadly and law enforcement should go after the fuckers that sell it. A lot of kids in Bahawalpur died from drinking that shit.
