Being a Pakistani, i will suggest, even request you to invest in Pakistan. We can use all the foreign exchange we can get right now.
In Pakistan, since you wont be here very often, the safest bet would be investing in property. You can get a 2400 Sq- Ft (10 marla) plot is some good society or may be invest in a smaller commercial plot. But again, please try and invest in Pakistan/

I know. I said buy land outside of cant. Army pay me double for my land because they wanted to expand cant.

My grandfather served in British Indian army and Pakistan as well and retired as a major he donated 1 muraba land for cant in Sialkot...Now I want my land back

I have got approximately £45000 ( 70 lakhs) in bank accounts and give me some idea where to invest it whether in UK or Pakistan. I do see no use of keeping cash in bank account for many years and earning zero interest on it .. value of cash is decreasing over time while inflation is increasing .. I remember prior to Brexit 1 pound was 175 Rs and I am lazy when it come to investing money at right time in right place

well mine is also 2 bedroom but max i got was 23k as its 3rd floor while 1st fretch under 35k. Also price of property is not going steady up so gain is little.People are more now inclined to new property projects like bahira or dha city,
