If you can't frequently visit Pakistan then don't make stupidity of buying agricultural land or property other than DHA unless you want to risk losing your investment.

DHA seem easy and safe option especially if i have no time to invest in business and other stuffs
DHA in Rawalpindi is limited and have no clue about others cities so I will probably ask someone to give me some clue about prices ..I will probably buy land and would forget it for some years

I cannot visit USA

either UK or Pakistan

in some of u.s states agricultural land is much cheap than Pakistan and also there is less water shortage.in Pakistan invest in gawadar or cpec related project it will be beneficial in future

I have got approximately £45000 ( 70 lakhs) in bank accounts and give me some idea where to invest it whether in UK or Pakistan. I do see no use of keeping cash in bank account for many years and earning zero interest on it .. value of cash is decreasing over time while inflation is increasing .. I remember prior to Brexit 1 pound was 175 Rs and I am lazy when it come to investing money at right time in right place

70 lakh will only get you a house in maybe G-9 or I-10 good places have houses at 25 crore price :-//
But property price is rising at a healthy pace in Islamabad

7 million i.e. 70 lakh doesn't get you a house in G-9 or I-10 ....... the 1200 sqft houses in these areas cost you around 25 million i.e. 2.5 crore, and its price for a house that is built based on old designs, meaning you will have to demolish it and construct again or renovate it.

If it was me I would be looking for a (food court area) shop in a newly launched mall. The return on investment (once its built and handed over) would be good.
