Either I couldn't make myself clear, or you did not read it that way, for me, constitution also comes first, but whole constitution, and not just selected clauses. Constitutions does give right to the elected to govern, but at the same time, also gives right to the people to elect their representative under conducive environment, freely, and under no pressure. Constitution also speaks for the eligibility of contestants and does not allow corrupts, tax evaders, those with criminals charges on them to contest for election. Unfortunately we diverge at this point, you support constitutional rights of the rulers, but seems to deny/igonre the same rights of the commoners. So yes, we should agree to disagree and move on. We agree or not is not going to change anything any way so whats the point.
