JAMMU: Hours before the arrival of US President Donald Trump to India on Monday, ‘air Space violation’ was reported from Pakistan side into the Indian side in Ranbir Singh Pura sector of Jammu.

Official sources here said that at around 1145 hours, Pakistan aircraft was seen flying into the Indian Territory by the villagers.

“The villagers reported the matter to the police and by the time, police rushed to the spot, it returned,” sources added.

However, panic gripped the border residents due to air Space violation.(AGENCIES)

I am slightly disagree with you....How can I villager identify PAF jets....?

Anyone with internet access or some knowledge can differentiate fighter jets of both countries especially since PAF has very specific kind of jets. Secondly, I think it would be low flying incursion that villagers recognized these planes somehow and finally its nothing but a mere stunt to blame Pakistan.

And no Indians have the sanity to question their Agni Pankh Patils as to what were they doing while PAF was sightseeing in broad daylight.....maybe they were all busy trying to catch a glimpse of Jay Jay Trump.

FIR should have been lodged by now against two Wing Commanders.... and soon Indian Police will raiding sort of airforce bases too... may be India contacting Interpol....

On a serious note: This seems more like a blame game and nothing else. And if they can shoot their own so can see PAF instead of IAF.

How villagers come to know jets from PAF not from IAF?

I'm pretty sure any one living closer to the LOC is not only pretty good at distinguishing the difference between the aircraft of both sides (they get to see them more often than you ever will), but they also know an aircraft coming from what direction will be coming from which country?

You do know even the troops depend on this kind of intel from locals in border regions in general?

To be honest I don't think PAF violated Indian Air space much of that news is Brain fart, becoz after Feb 27 incident they pretty much prepared for what further to come so a single fighter going in to Indian air space with out any ew or back up will be a foolish thing as I understand PAF made with professional pilot's not some trigger ichy rookies ,the people mostly saw the IAF aircraft doing cap may returning or a male UAV of PAF won't be a jet fighter am much sure abt that,

Also I saw tweets showing deploying mpads in forward post of Indian army in last leg of 2019 , any one with a Brian thinks PAF would be fool enough to fall in for Indian misinformation warfare,

I think Indians going or planing something sinister or just to impress the 350 kg white dick visiting them
