since they were already in the past limited to a resolution
and now .. it is finished so blaming about no intervention now is non sense
otherwise if a country wanted an intervention NOW: which country in the all world asked for it?

Libya isnt in enough anarchy yet....once things go bad to worse, they'll wait for NTC to crumble and turn to infighting

once that phase is complete, it'll be easier to work there.....Libya has the luxury of being a big country with a relatively small population.

Gaddafi should have read the signals around him - in Tunisia, Egypt, Yemen.....if he stepped down even 4-5 years ago people would be crying after him.
