When is the best time to book a return ticket to Islamabad before Eid

Ok so I'll be travelling to Islamabad a few days before Eid and was wondering when is the best time to book the return ticket. I usually travel between Feb-March every year so have no idea on how pricing/fare goes in Ramadan/Eid period.
