I have seen this video many years ago. This BMP was hit by an IED not LGB. As you can see that the vehicle is pretty much intact in picture 10. Also these are not Talibans, this video is from either Serbian/Georgian or Chechian conflict.

if the pics are closely watched, it seems more like an IED being blasted under the vehicle. The vehicle is intact from top side after the lgb hit? And did Taliban's used to wear pants, as that's what's the guys flying seem to be wearing. Its IED blast definitely.
