Never heard of an italian dish based on Indian food

When our national party who ruled for over 60yrs can have italian at helm why can be indian food

This is fusili cooked with bhaji (of pav bhaji - left over ), cherry tomatos, panner, coriander leaves and herbs
This is how we make it indian, no more words like pommoderi or parmessean cheese or parsley
