Never heard of an italian dish based on Indian food :nono:
When our national party who ruled for over 60yrs can have italian at helm why can be indian food :D

This is fusili cooked with bhaji (of pav bhaji - left over :P), cherry tomatos, panner, coriander leaves and herbs :)
This is how we make it indian, no more words like pommoderi or parmessean cheese or parsley :P

@VCheng & the British contingent - have you guys tried Chaiwala? Apparently it’s gaining a lot of popularity in the UK
