What's new

What will become of the planes that JF-17 is replacing?

.
Will they be sold for scrap metal? Will they be stored permanently in storage? Will the F-7's be broken down for spare parts for the F7-PG? Can we sell them to some African nation at a flyaway cost?
A5s have been stored.
F7s will be used for spares for F7PG and gate guards.
Mirages will also be cannabalised to sustain remaining mirage fleet and gate guards.

. .
Nah just have them ready as KAMIKAZEE jets 8-) With Nuke put them in storage
Use GPS / Chinese tech to fly them from Airbase

Not sure why should be throw away a perfectly good plane if it is working order

no no sir if we use for this purpose they become a scrape mate because nuke war are/ will not happening any time soon so they are usless for this purpose drone spying and UACV missions is/will be more productive than KAMIKAZI jets

. . . . .
They should turn them into drones. Use them as decoys to carry out Kamikaze attacks on enemy air defense network. The location of EADs will be exposed & painted - then you can destroy them with counter battery fire or stand off weapons. This way, we wouldn't have to risk our commissioned assets as much.

Send few to Museum so that our future generation knows about it. Send few to Nigeria, they badly need some good fighters for ground attack on Boro Haram. Refurbish larger part and used them as a drone and target drone so that PAF do live practice of them and used we can used them to attack ground targets
