I think the Guy with binoculars will when see the Target will lock that target with laser beam and missile will follow that Laser

Its just for seeing eid ka chand. As for sam's radars are more efficient than a man with a binoculars

This is crotales Gyro Sight. If you look in the background, there is a (FU) Firing Unit following the sight movement of the AD Tech. Second Image is Baktar Shikan Training. Third is SPADA following the FCR.
