Get back Jammu & Kashmir in next Five Years.

Forget Kashmir for next 30 years. Lets focus on what we have today which our govt/military cannot handle.

Military needs to
- Hold and facilitate free and fair elections ASAP
- Hold Bajwa/Kayani accountable for their failures + intervening in government affairs
- No more land for military officers, no more retirement benefits, no more pensions
- Strike at TTP/BLA camps within Afghanistan ASAP
- Focus on security matters and stop intervening in the democratic process

Pakistan Army is people’s army we love our army all they have to do is choose the righteous path.They can t stay blind to thiefs and corruption they can indulge in politics only if it’s in Pakistan’s interest.
Everyone knows Zardari, Nawas and diesel and now Bajwa has ruined Pakistan for least another decade.
Imran Khan is not perfect but he’s better than others.

Make a cyber warfare unit under every division HQ instead of increasing infantry and other formations. Priority is the insurgency in KPK and then Balochistan, rather than India so heavy armoured and mechanised formations shouldn’t be expanded any further. Lighter, faster, nimble formations are needed under Corps HQ in KPK/Balochistan, which means smaller helis, more SF formations, digital warfare units, robots on ground, and specialised weapon systems against insurgency. Infantry should be converted for specialised ops, not just regular infantry battalion structure. India is covered from east, the menace is rising in the west.

I dont mind army control if we become a superpower. The Soviets used their army focus to become the super pwer of the east.

In my opinion Pakistan will always remain unstable until there is a degree of cultural assimilation. Its foundation is too weak which gives room very easily for insurgency to be provoked even at the slightest of political instability.

If Pakistan truly wants to change its trajectory towards true growth, I would reform every national institution currently and raise the standard of quality.

From the ISI, to the several government ministries responsible for different economic and development aspects. There should be a new institution that monitors their competency and efficiency, to verify their productivity. We need a strong anti-corruption body as well.

I'd also refine the counterinsurgency tactics and equipment we are using, US might be more willing to co-operate here. I would also create contingency plans for scenarios where a mass insurgency could start in the most unstable regions. (Waziristan/KP)

Its the actual society which is the problem.
You can make 10 new organisation at the end same will happen.

Politicians, Judiciary & Media need to actually make the example of generals, confiscate all the property which generals looted, ex or in service high ranking example, starts trials to whom ever was involved in anti constitutional activities, punish them according to the law.

Army need to give all side business back to state, even if they are " private "
Move cantonment area out of all cities, move them to out of cities and make actual guide lines on how far they can go.
Restrictions of spouse and family travel even if its for studies.
Also ban on travel after retirement for atleast 5 years

Life will be hard for 5 to 10 years but Military will get back in line and become stronger.

Military has done 1 thing which has never happened in past they have actively work to turned youth against them and in few years be IK or not they will start seeing the consequences for the decade cruelty they been dealing to the Pakistani people


Limit the budget instead of increasing it, force them to use modern systems instead of using cheap labour & throwing lifes of jawans.

A investigation department that has the job of overseeing everything happening in military and provide approval for all the projects atleast for 5 to 10 years so everything can be kept in check.

Never ever brings outsiders inside your own home that's a silliest comment. Am willing to shoot my own generals with my own hands but never ever let anyone else touch them.
Its our own country and our own army and our own problems.
Get them out of the politics, out of the Islamabad move (GHQ out), and confined them to the barracks. No more meetings with any more foreign non military dignitaries, with local politicians and foreign policy is run by the foreign office only. ISI should be used for the external spying only and must not be allowed to have any political cells, internal security should be run by the IB or police only. Make retirement age 60, no extension's and they retire with their pensions only not with plots and perks.
