Eduation: India/Nepal [Their education is just as good and as hard as India's.]
Political Stability: India

Infrastructure: Pakistan [Apparently their infrastructure is slightly better than India's.]
Environment: Bhutan/Nepal [Himalayan countries rich in natural beauty.]
Quality of life: Sri Lanka/India [They have highest HDI in the region.]

both dear but bhutan for nature nepal apny dost hai jani hain sab hai wahaan vodka to nhi per wine achi milti hai dosri .or pakistan to phir tumhy pata hai na
