They have already completed 16 floors and rest will be completed sooner most probably by early 2011 the hotel will be open for business.

u are kidding me. but i appretiate ur calculations. in pakistan since we dont have any education, economy, infrastructure,cultural and political institutions etc etc so those are not the criteria to judge. but i love ur criteria to judge a CAPITAL of any country. why is a city made any country's capital? coz it has scenic beauties.......i understand...ya u are rite.its end of story........tnx......


guyz how about making cochin or srinagar india's capital? they have the best scenic beauty in india

I have been to Delhi and travelled extensively in India, I have no clue what you have that is worth getting excited over.
