Well, that will require 2/3rd majority in both the house.. which PMLN will not be able to get ever..

Actually, after 2020, PMLN will be there as a party (or one of the 2-3 factions of the party), but Nawaz and Maryam will be either in UK or in Pakistani jail..

The best solution is to burry the doctrine of necessity (nazariya -e - zaroorat) and keep judiciary away from whats app calls , keep agencies away from court rooms , keep the fan families of judges away from court rooms. "Justice must not only be done but seems to be done" a famous quote is the right thing to follow. Courts must give decisions based on solid grounds and past legal practices. For a case of political person court must not introduce any new examples , actions etc like whats app call, JIT formation, monitoring judge of SC , six months trial period, preliminary references, supplementary references, God father novels, disqalification of all Pmln senate candidates, first time in legal history even after apology Nihal sentence etc .Decisions must be to a highest quality that at least the legal fraternity at least is satisfied with the verdicts. For example a PM is disqualified on the basis of black law dictionary which on consulting even does not consider the un withdrawn salary as an asset , countries law does not consider it as an asset and courts indulge in forming new examples. In this scenario , courts will lose its credibility and the historian had always been very cruel as no contempt proceeding is applicable on him .

Actually, this is the first time Shareefs are facing real cases.. and not being allowed to runaway on technical grounds.. so naturally it will look like selective justice to them..

Absolutely Not; Justice could be done to PMLN Exclusively..No issue.
In Politics, Its a two edge sword anyway and cut both ways simultaneously, we know how to get benefit of it.
IMHO, PMLN comes out more strong from this selective justice...in the longer run.

i dont support any party..this thread is not about politics but about how to finish current stand off between PMLN and judiciary

first this isnt going anywhere, we are kind a stuck here..per Gallop polls, by polls, even though PTI is all time high its still not famous enough to get votes in sindh or punjab....PMLN will still win in Punjab and form govt again..

how long can this crisis continue between judiciary and parliament..?

every Pakistani knows that if we do very tight (imran khan style) accountability than obliviously every one will end up in jail, this cannot be done as people dont want this level of accountability..?

so whats the solution...?

PMLN thinks the solution is in legislation to limit judiciary power(Talal chaudary)..but what if judiciary throw out such rules, bureaucracy has refused orders, what if police refuse orders..what will happen..so who is going to implement orders..will we become a bigger laughing stock in country like Afghanistan where governor refuses to go down?

will army be asked? but what if army say this is not our job(which is right), people are going to support their leaders, so will judiciary be forcefully taken down by police on orders of parliament?

will nehal hashmi warning make judicary back off ? afterall they should be worried about their salary as well..

or will the rare event happen and people of Pakistan/civil society support judiciary?

There is no crises law implementation and criminals / crooks needs to be made example of

- shahbaz as CM punjab

- PTI down and dead
- PP already dead
- ME defeated
- Parliment will makes law to makes changes to appoint judiciary and army designations from birgadier level
- SHARIFS BECOME UNTOUCHABLES

Do you see whats going to happen?

- End of democracy in Pakistan
- End of Judicial system in pakistan. May be Danish Courts outside CM punjab house will be new justice system
