I was always confused about the word "SERVICE" used by Govt Departments like...; Intelligence Service
Police Service
Postal Service
Telephone Service,
Civil Service,
Public Service,
... ""Judicial Service,""
Customer Service,
One Window Service,
Bank Service..
etc.,etc..

Yesterday I Heard a Dairy Farmer Talking...that he Hired a Bull to ""Service"" his Cows...!!!
.
Now I understand what.. "'Service"'..means and what all the Departments are Doing to this Poor Nation...!!!
