It looks like a radar. It's got what looks like an antenna in the front, and those boxes behind look like control computers or power-supplies.

If it's not radar, it's similar to a radar. I'm pretty sure of it. I'm not so sure that thing in the back is an air-intake, cooling air in most aircraft is provided by engine bleed-air and in fighters its provided by the APU. Why would yu need an extermal air-intake if it is part of an aircraft?

It seems it's part of some kind of fixed-wing platform, possibly fighter planes, from the sleek design. Tell me, is it related to radar tech?
