IMO the United States and Russias Propaganda fued started with Ukraine crises will end probably soon, escalation to war would most likely not happen. Europe will likely challenge Russia to de-escalate Ukraine. United States eventually leaves Afghanistan, thus increasing gradual positive view with Pakistan possible and likely better relations. US could enter Corporate warfare with China (Made in America vs. Made in China). US builds positive relation with South America countries and African countries, Japan, Australia, Europe and Russia. Thus creating a North/South America Euro-Asian Australian African Union.

Pakistan and China become best buddies, with Pakistan having weak but definite ties with Turkey, relation between Iran and Pakistan could increase especially if India and Pakistan go to war, most likely only propaganda but could escalate. Pakistan, Iran, and Turkey work together to counter terrorism in Middle East increasing positive view globally. Turkey increase positive relationships with US, Europe, Pakistan, Iran, and through Pakistan China. Eventually creating Euro-Islamic Asian Union.

These two Unions may eventually combine creating a Global Super Union. India will eventually join and China's Government and economic policies could drastically change.

Or it could all end disastrous with nuclear war.

China tested anti-satellite missile, US says
The US has urged Beijing to refrain from destabilizing actions after China reportedly tested a missile designed to destroy satellites.
