Turkey is someone we have very close relations with. The modern Pakistani views Turkey as a role model, and strikes to attain what Turkey has. There are some quarters in Pakistan that do not understand Turkey's secularism, and the ban on the Hijab by Turkey has not helped either, since secularism does not demand any ban like that and should be left upon freewill.friend or nobody

But overall Turkey's economy, its cities, its moderate people, it's tolerance, its defence capabilities, its IT sector, its history and its architecture are something that people of Pakistan really look forward to seeing in Pakistan too.
Pakistan's founder, Jinnah (aka Cinnah in Turkey) was a great admirer of Mustafa Kemal Attaturk and often gave his examples. He himself had very strong words in support of Secularism in Pakistan.
i thought may be u dont support secularism!!just estimating it by the fashion of some of ur posts, anyways, i think, turks r now moving against secular system, am i right??
turks r our brothers, and v love each other!!, v love them more then any other muslim!!
friend or nobody
Turkey is one of Pakistan's closest ally but Turkey never helped us before in any conflict with India.
After China and Saudia Arabia...Turkey is also very close to Pakistan and Pakistanis consider Turks their brothers.
I don't know much about Muslim world, but in my view,Turkey is secularism,Iran is fundamentalism.
does pakistan think Turkey mordern is more attractive?
if there are conflict or war between Pakistan and India, what will Turkey and Iran do?
It is good that Pakistan has many friends...or in your case..."brothers".
My question is...How many brothers from different mothers does Pakistan have?.
Well you have to understand Pakistan and Turkey's history.
Turkey, China, and Saudia Arabia are very close to Pakistan.
I know Saudia Arabia is close ally of Pakistan, and as omar1984 say,Turkey is brother of Pakistan though they don't help much about Pakistan-India conflict.but how about Iran?do Iran and Pakistan has any disagreement?
