What Assad should do in his 3rd term as president

It makes perfect sense if you know how the courts work. The ICJ isn't a regular court, it handles cases between nations, so it cannot (by definition) be compared to a regular national court of nation country, it's a fallacy to do so.

A victim nation is not a person, if a person in the nation dies, the nation will still exist. Iraq, if it wanted to, can file a case against the US and the UK, hell, a regular Iraqi could, but most people don't know this, so nothing like this happens.

I suggest you actually read about the courts before passing judgement on them, as they've been quite effective, even if they have their flaws.
good, I will myself file a complaint against Alasad, when the real war criminals in the west are tried in the so called ICJ, so I know that the ICJ is credible and Just...

A problem with that, the US isn't a signatory so your complaint wouldn't work. The ICJ can only operate where it has jurisdiction (permission from host nation), such as Syria.

why it doesn't make sense? we can't take criminals to court because the law was established after their crimes... okay forget WWII, what about Iraq? Vietnam? Korea? and all the wars the west started and killed millions of people....

The A-Bombs finished the WW2 much faster than anything else.
Many more Japanese and Americans would have died if Japan would have to be invaded.

The Korea War was between North Korea and the United Nations after a decision in the Security Council.
War was started by North Korea. Can't be more legal than that.

Vietnam War was a defensive war against an aggressive North Vietnam.
Plenty of violations by BOTH sides, which is probably why courts are avoided.

As for Iraq, good riddance to Saddam, and it appears to me that Iraqis themselves are doing most of the killing.

1. Make Kurdish a second official state language of Syria.

2. Grant Christians the right to run for president of Syria.

3. Build a university in the city of Idlib to curb Islamism.

4. Grant autonomy to the Kurdish area.
5. Buy one way ticket to Tehran.

They already said that they want peace with israel

They're going to say whatever suits them. They don't need to attack Israel or make a run for the Golan if they succeed in ousting Assad. People don't want more violence.

In reality most rebels are anti-Israel anyways. It's not a simple task to immediately launch an offensive against Israel following this conflict. They should rebuild Syria and build up their military capabilities. There are Syrian engineers and others who could be used for military industries. Eventually they'll have a large missile arsenal.

That's not going to be happen. Insurgents have failed to topple Assad and their only fate is extermination by the Syrian military and its allies. Their turf is shrinking day by day.

this is exactly what the syrian regime says that they have the right to respond when the time is right but they did help to arm and supply hezbolah at least this is action taken on the ground
so your support for the rebels is about ideology only and there is something else you were supporting the syrian regime a while ago what happened ?

He should hide or send abroad all his armoured vehicles, aircrafts, kids and wife. The moderate rebels will be supplied with 10000 ATGMs and 5000 SA-16 after the TOW pilot program that is meant to test them is completed.

So now you're pro regime because Egypt is? What makes you think Hezbollah will do anything which such weapons? This is about the humanitarian aspect. You don't support people who call themselves islamist yet support something that does against Islam.

I was never supporting them, since my first day here I was against the regime. And they always tell us they reserve the right to respond. They don't do anything about it. It's not about maintaining a 'resistance' like you think. Or about resources in Syria.

Are you pro-resistance now?

Where do you get this information from?
