What are the pros and cons of Indus Water Treaty from Pakistan's perspective?

I think you should read up about the war.

The resolution talks about tribals and Pak nationals. In fact, the Pak nationals had to withdraw immediately while the tribals could take longer, in a phased manner.

And Indian Army had to take up the frontier positions anyway. So that won't happen without full withdrawal.
I think u should yourself read what u pasted and not imagine words which r not even written in an official document :)
satisfaction of the Commission set up in accordance with the
Council's Resolution 39 (1948) that the tribesmen are withdrawing
Your own post
It Says tribesmen specifically not Pak Nationals

A friend of mine who is a geologist said that, federal government has been fooling about water theft by Indians so that they can put cover on their incapability to harvest the ground water table and proper river water management. I don't know if it is true but other may shed some light on it.

Suspicious post. You sure you are not Indian?

This treaty is favourable to India only. Pakistan gave away 3 eastern river because of lollypop funding for dams on western indus kalabagh dam for exemple. Which India have successfully prevented by funding haramzadas in Pakistan.

Isn't it possible that Pakistan build a canal from tibet taking control of its water straight from China into Pakistan ?

Unfair treaty which gives Pakistan 80% of the water instead of the UN mandated 50% in general for two countries sharing a river system.

Since it's an unfair treaty in favour of Pakistan, it's survived.
80% of indus water only.
you got 3 complete rivers.
but aik darya ka 80% hazam nhi ho rha aap ko

Those rivers are too small and the water cannot be transported to higher elevations where it's also needed, like Kashmir. Rather the Kashmiris got short-changed because they have little to no access to the Indus waters for their own agri industry.
