Like i said the only way China can even think of winning the war is going all out against India and not mere border squirmish. Also PLAAF air bases are over 4500+ in altitude which significantly cut down load-carrying capability, which IAF don't suffer. China has a numerical advantage over India but, along the border, India enjoys both operational and numerical superiority. This is clear when one looks at the character of force deployment and capabilities that the two countries bring to bear along the common border.
