What about the development of this aircraft in China?

Dear all,
We had been hearing about his aircraft development since long like in 2007 that it will enter service and will have two variants for PLAAF and PLANAF carrier operations. These all will be dual seat as they will be like a rival to US F-15E and Russian SU-30MKK series but still we cannot see a single plane flying and there were also reports that these aircraft will going to stop the procurement of SU-30s from Russia:

These aircrafts were said to be Super-10. I think these are proposed designs and J-10B design was chosen, maybe
